5 large oranges, chilled
1/2 c of sugar or to taste
1/2 c grated moist coconut

Directions:
Peel and slice bananas into bowl. Add pared and sectioned oranges. Then stir in sugar. Sprinkle coconut over top. Serve at once.

Note:
The bananas will start turning brown in about a half hour. So, I add them just before putting the ambrosia out on the table. Be sure and squeeze juice from the sliced sections of the orange skin.
