6 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
2/3 c lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp lemon rind
1 pkg gelatin
1/4 c cold water
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 angel food cake

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Beat yolks in top of double boiler. Add 3/4 c sugar and lemon juice. Cook until thick. Add 1 pkg gelatin which has been mixed in 1/4 c cold water. Cool. Beat egg white to stiff and add rest of sugar while beating. Fold first mixture into egg whites. Grease angel food pan with Wesson Oil. Layer cake torn in large pieces and lemon mixture.
