1 1/2 c yellow corn meal
2 eggs
1 c buttermilk
1/2 c oil
1 Tbsp bakikng powder
1 small can niblet corn
3 jalapenos chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
medium onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Can make in cast iron skillet. Put some onion in the skillet and heat in the oven while you mix the cornbread. Gives it a nice crust.
