Butter or Margarine
Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini in half--lengthwise. Spread butter or margarine
on the cut side. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in the broiler--we
use a toaster-oven--until cheese begins to brown.
