"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
Coat each side of the grouper with honey-based barbecue sauce. Place in a glass dish, cover and set in refrigerator for one hour. Brush olive oil on grill and preheat. Flip grouper over one time only while cooking to avoid excess sticking. If possible, coat 2 areas of the grill with olive oil and use each area only once as this will help avoid sticking. Depending upon the thickness of the fillet, cooking time should be 5-6 minutes per side.
