1 lb. ground beef
1 medium green pepper
1 medium onion chopped
1 can Italian tomato soup
1 jar sliced mushrooms drained
2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook the beef, pepper, and onion until meat is no longer pink, drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 13x9 baking dish. Top with cheese and potatoes. Bake uncovered at 400 for 30-35 minutes.
