1 1/2 lbs. small red potatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced (or garlic powder)
2 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut potatoes in 1 inch pieces. In 9 x 13 pan toss potatoes with remaining ingredients. Roast 20 minutes or until tender stirring once.
