1 cup soft butter
3 cups brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup coconut
2 cups oats

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375F
Grease cookie sheets.
Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Sift flour, baking powder,soda and salt together into mixture and blend well. Stir in coconut and oats. Drop by rounded tablespoons 3 inches apart. Flatten with fork. Bake 10 minutes.
