1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 8oz. pkg. shredded 4 cheese mexican blend
1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
1 12 oz. can chicken, drained and shredded
1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup dry white vermouth
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in vermouth; add shredded cheese, mix until combined. Stir in shredded chicken, bacon, and onions. Spoon into a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers.
