10 oz. box frozen spinach
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, halved
8 oz.cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lg chopped onion
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 lg. pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Crackers or tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter, onion, garlic on medium heat until onions are clear. Stir occasionally. While this is cooking put spinach, cream cheese in a microwavable bowl and microwave until spinach melts and cheese is softened. Add artichoke with its juice to spinach/artichoke mixture. Then add onion, garlic and butter. Add mozzarella cheese and stir well. Place in crock pot on low until cheese is melted, then turn to warm.
