1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup chopped green pepper, 1 T. butter, 1 can(28 oz) tomatoes with liquid(cut up), 1 can(4 oz) mushrooms,drained,2 teaspoons dried oregano, 12 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained, 2 cups(8oz) shredded cheddar cheese, 1 can(103/4 oz. cond. cr. of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup grated parm. cheese.

In large skillet saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add tom., mushrooms, olives and oregano. Simmer for 10 min. Place 1/2 spaghetti in greased 13 by 9 baking dish. Top with half veg. Sprinkle 1 cup cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Mix soup and water. Pour over. Sprinkle with P. cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.
