2 cups diced chicken
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup blanched almonds
1 cup green grapes
1 cup mayonnaise/nonfat yogurt
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toss first four ingredients with a mixture of mayonnaise and nonfat yogurt to which has been added the lemon juice and grated onion and salt. Serve on lettuce leaves.
