1 lb hamburger
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 cup celery, chopped fine
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 C uncooked rice
2 tbsp soy sauce
can serve with chow mien noodles and soy sauce
2 C water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions and ground beef. Remove from heat. Add onions, celery, soup, rice, soy sauce, and water. Bake 375 for 1 hour, uncovered.
