1 egg yolk, 1 cup cream, 1 cup sugar, 1/2teaspoon vinegar, 1 cup sour cream, 7 unpeeled and sliced apples, cinnamon.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook: egg yolk, cup cream, cup sugar and vinegar, stir and cook till thickens, it will get thicker when cool. Make this night before serving. Next day add 1 cup sour cream, and 7 apples, sliced, sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in pretty bowl and serve.
