2 eggs Beaten
1 c bread crumbs
1/2 c beer ( Don't drink rest of can! See use below)
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 lbs ground beef

Form into balls and brown in 2 Tlb cooking oil.
When browned put balls into baking dish and cover with the rest of can of beer. 1/4 c onion, and bake covered 30 to 45 minutes at 350 oven.
