5 lbs potatoes
125 gram cream cheese
1-2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp butter
salt, pepper, onion salt, garlic salt.
Lots of fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft. Add all ingredients and mash with potato masher, then finally whip by hand with a wooden spoon. Do not use a mixer! Place in butter greased dish and dot with butter.
Cover with tin foil. Can be made ahead of the day and kept on counter until ready to heat.
Bake at 250'F for 1 hour.

This dish is good for company. Remove tin foil for the last 10 minutes. Can even be made ahead and put in fridge for a day or two. Will take longer to heat.
