1 lb ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
pinch pepper
2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared instant is fine)
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (or jar bits)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, 1/2 cup of soup, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper; mix well. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes; drain fat. Combine potatoes and remaining soup in bowl; mix until fluffy. Spread over meat crust. sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes. Cut into wedges
