24 mushrooms 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 tbsp butter 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp flour 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Cut stems out and chop finely. Cook stems, onions in butter until soft. Stir in cheese. In pan melt butter, stir in flour and salt. Then add milk until thick. Fill caps, top with bread crumbs. Place in shallow baking dish with a bit of water and cook for 10 minutes at 425'F.
