7 1/2 quarts of popped popcorn (1 cup unpopped or 2-3 bags microwave popcorn)
2 sticks butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda.

Directions:
Directions:
Place popped popcorn in extra large bowl. Bowl needs to be large enough to stir popcorn. In large sauce pan combine butter, brown sugar, salt, vanilla and white syrup. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Mixture will increase in size. Pour hot mixture over popcorn. Stir popcorn. Spread out corn on two large cookie sheets or jelly roll pans. Put in oven one hour at 200 degree. Stir every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
