8 lean pork chops 1 tsp. salt Pepper 1 cup long grain rice 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 2 cups boiling water
Season pork chops with salt & pepper and brown both sides. Spray baking pan and place chops in it. Sprinkle rice around chops. Boil soup mix in 2 cups of water and pour over the rice and chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350º - 400º for 45 minutes to an hour.
