3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs at room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cups nuts
2 cups finely chopped apples

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Combine flour, soda and salt in bowl. In large bowl beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla at medium speed for 3 or 4 minutes until well blended. Gradually add flour mixture and beat until smooth. Fold in nuts & apples and pour into greased bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes or until done.
