2 tsp fresh dill 1/3 C fresh mint 2 C fresh parsley 3/4 C fine wheat bulgar 1/4 C lemon juice 1/4 C olive oil 3/4 C chopped green onions 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp Cavenders Greek Spices
Chop fresh herbs in food processor till well chopped. Cover bulgar with cold water and soak for at least 30 min, drain, squeeze dry in non-terrycloth dish towel. Mix all ingredients and chill overnight. Add before serving: chopped tomato and cucumber.
