2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 and 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine softened
4 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
(3) 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 jar cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, 1/2 c. sugar and graham cracker crumbs
Line spring pan with this mixture

Separate egg yolks from whites
Beat yokes and 1 c. sugar
Add in cream cheese and vanilla and mix

In another bowl beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture
Pour into spring pan over graham cracker mix
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and cover top with cherries then continue to bake for about 20 minutes
Refrigerate overnight
