4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
1 (5.25 oz.) can whole green chiles, drained
4 (1 oz.) slices Monterey Jack cheese
1 large egg
2 T water
1 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken between 2 sheets of wax paper and flatten to 1/8 in. thickness. Top each chicken breast with 1 green chile and 1 cheese slice; roll up, securing with tooth picks. Whisk together egg and 2T water in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken rolls in egg mixture; dredge in crushed chips. Place rolls in a lightly greased 13x9 pan.
Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with salsa.
