2 lb. red potatoes, cut into wedges
3 T olive or vegetable oil
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; stir to coat. Place in a
single layer in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Bake,
uncovered at 425 for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are
tender and lightly browned.
