12 oz. bowtie pasta
1 bunch broccoli, florets only
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
salt & pepper to taste
3 Tbs. slivered, sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
1/2 cup fat-free half and half
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. The last 5 minutes before it's done, add the broccoli florets to the water.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Saute garlic and red pepper flakes 1-2 minutes. Add half-and-half, bring to boil and cook 2-3 minutes til sauce starts to thicken.

3. Pour drained cooked pasta and broccoli into skillet. Add salt, pepper, tomatoes and Parmesan. Toss well. Top w/ toasted pine nuts.
