3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 tsp, cardamom, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1/2 c. whipping cream (can use 1/2 & 1/2), 1 1/2 c. flour.

Directions:

Beat eggs until very light and fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla, cardamom and mix. Add melted butter, beat slowly. Stir in cream and flour. Bake in a krumkake iron.
