3 tsp. olive oil, divided
1/4 tsp. sea salt, divided
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. fresh black pepper
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
6 - 8 small red potatoes, quartered
2 T. grated Parmesan
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/3 lb. asparagus spears

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine 2 tsp of oil. 1/8 tsp salt, seasoning, peppers and potatoes in an 11 x 7 baking dish coated w/ cooking spray. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese and 1/2 tsp. garlic. Snap off tough ends of asparagus, combine 1 tsp. oil, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic and asparagus. Add asparagus to dish. Bake potatoes and asparagus for 10 minutes.
