1/4 c cornstarch 1 c sugar 1 1/2 c water 3 oz box peach (or strawberry) jello
Mix and cook until thick and clear. Pour 1/2 over baked pie shell lined with fresh peach slices (or fresh strawberries). Put in refrigerator. After this cools a little, pour the remaining filling into shell.
Refrigerate for several hours. Top each slice with whipped cream.
