2 c flour
1/2 lb margarine
3 egg yolks
1/4 c cold water
2 T vinegar
3 large apples
3 tsp cinnamon
6 T sugar
Optional: raisins, crushed nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cut in four and margarine. Mix in egg yolks, cold water, and vinegar. Roll in a ball and chill for 3 hours or overnight.

Cut dough in 3 pieces. Roll each piece as for pie crust. Sprinkle each piece with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Line apple, raisins, nuts on edge. Roll as a jelly roll. Bake the three long rolls on a cookie sheet in 350 degree oven.

When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
