1 orange rind peeled
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 qt. whole milk
1 qt. half and half
1 1/4 c. corn starch
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 cinnamon sticks
1 large Hershey chocolate bar
1/4 c. powder sugar
1 small bag of chopped peanuts
36 large shells (bakery supplied)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and cook at low temperature until thick and bubbly.
Refrigerate overnight.
Put through ricer then add chopped chocolate.
Fill shells and dip ends in chopped peanut mix.
Dust top with powder sugar.

Make sure not to over heat ingredients too fast, and stir constantly. Do not fill shells until ready to eat. If filled too early they will become soft.
