Peel and slice 5-6 large peaches.
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking poeder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
1 stick butter, melted
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease ans 8 X 8 baking dish.
Place peaches in baking dish. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Using a fork of pie crust mixer, add an egg and make crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs over the peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pour melted butter over all.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.

This recipe is from Reba Alden. Always use fresh peaches for this. Apples are also good in this recipe.
