1 c. cubed peeled ripe mango
1/2 c. chopped pineapple
2 T. fresh orange juice
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. lime zest
1 serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped
Handful of fresh chopped cilantro

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve with tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to grilled seafood such as tuna or mahi mahi.

This salsa is best when made ahead so that the flavors develop. The serrano adds just the right amount of warmth to offset the sweetness of the pineapple and mango.
