Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 med carton velveeta cheese
1 box macaroni or penne pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground chuck and onion and drain excess grease. Add soup, undiluted, and simmer until bubbly.
At same time, cook pasta.

In casserole dish, layer gravy, pasta, slices of velveeta, gravy, pasta, velveeta, and top with remaining gravy. Cover with foil, bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. This is delicious and filling.

Optional: I sometimes add cooked frozen broccoli to the top before baking.
