2 pkgs. of Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles (broken
into chunks)
1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. vegetable oil
2 T. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 head Napa cabbage (cut into chunks)
1 bunch Bok Choy, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Shake together oil: soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Set aside.
Mix together and brown in oil on med/low heat: Ramen Noodles, sunflower seeds,& walnuts.
Add the Ramen season mix and 2 T. of the dressing mix you just prepared. Be careful not to burn. Scoop into bowl and cover with foil. Set aside.
Put together the cabbage, bok choy and onion in a separate bowl.
Toss everything together JUST BEFORE SERVING. Yum Yum!!
