3/4 lb beef round steak, trimmed and cut into cubes
1 tbsp cooking oil
4 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
1 rib of celery, cut in 1" pieces
1 medium onion, cut in 1" pieces
14 1/2 oz can chunky stewed tomatoes
3 tbsp quick cooking tapioca
1 tsp browning sauce
salt and pepper
1 c frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven, brown meat in oil. Add potatoes, celery, onion, tomatoes, tapioca, browning sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 300 for 4-5 hours; stirring occasionally. Add the peas during the last 30 minutes.
