2 cups Sugar
1 cup Butter
2 Eggs
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla
3-4 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soda with buttermilk and set aside. Cream butter and sugar together until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Combine flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture and buttermilk mixture alternately into creamed mixture a little at a time. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Roll out and cut with your favorite cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
