2 pkg Ritz crackers, crushed (75 crackers)
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c chopped nuts

1/2 gallon ice cream
1 1/2 c milk
2 pkg instant vanilla pudding

1 large container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients and press firmly in 9 x 14 cake pan or dish, reserving 1 cup for topping.

Allow ice cream to soften in bowl. Add other ingredients, mix well. Pour into the cake pan and chill until firm. Frost with 1 large container of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with reserved Ritz cracker topping. Freeze for 24 hours.
