2 - 3 oz. pkgs lady fingers
1/3 c. brewed Italian roast coffee, espresso strength
2 T Kahlua
2 - 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
1/4 c milk
3/4 c confectioner's sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c whipping cream
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
chocolate shavings, optional

Spread lady fingers on waxed paper. Combine espresso and 1 T Kahlua. Drizzle over lady fingers. Set aside.

In large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk. Add remaining Kahlua, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.

Whip cream into stiff peaks, then fold in cream cheese mixture. Line bottom of souffle dish with half of the lady fingers. Cover with half of the cheese mixture and sprinkle 1 tsp cocoa on top. Repeat layers. Chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
