2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
2/3 c. Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F.
1. Cut flour and Crisco with a large serving fork until pea sized.
2. Sprinkle salt and water and stir until a ball forms; cut in half and roll out.
3. Bake at 425F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

If you are making a cream pie, pierce the crust all over with a fork.

This is the crust we use for Ham Pie, be sure to roll it out thin.
