4 c rhubarb
3 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp salt
1 c sugar
9" unbaked pie shell
8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb, corn starch, salt and 1 c. sugar over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 425.

Beat cream cheese, eggs and 1/2 c. sugar. Pour over pie. Reduce heat to 350. Bake 30-35 minutes. Chill.

Garnish with sour cream over top and slivered almonds.
