Peeled and sliced apples in 8 in. pan 1 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. water TOPPING for apple or cherry crisp: 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup soft butter 1 cup oats, uncooked 1/2 cup brown sugar
Sprinkle first mixture over apples. TOPPING: Combine and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 375 about 30 minutes
