1/4c olive oil
1/2 chopped brown onion
1 garlic clove, minced
4 boneless,skinless chicken breast,
(I use 16 chicken tenders)
1 - 6oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 - 2c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp White pepper
1/2 bay leaf
1/8 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Basil
1/8 tsp Marjoram
12 oz. Linguini pasta
Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet saute olive oil, onion and garlic, then add the chicken and brown on each side.
Add tomato paste, water, bouillon and spices.
Cook on medium until just bubbly, then reduce to simmer, cover and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.

Cook lunguini according to package while chicken is cooking. Serve sauce and chicken on top of pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese is desired.
