4 potatoes, sliced thin 4 carrots, sliced thin 1 onion 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 can tomato soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup salt pepper
Cook the meat and onions. Combine the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil. The potatoes and carrots can be pan cooked to reduce the baking time to 30 minutes. The canned soup may be combinations of tomato, cream of mushroom and cream of cheddar soup.
