1 cup long-grain rice
1 pkg. (1 1/4oz.) onion soup mix
4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Spread rice in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x9x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half the soup mix (about 2T.); place pork chops over rice. Combine soup, water, and remaining soup mix; pour over pork chops. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven 1 hour and 45 minutes.
