2 3-oz. pkgs. strawberry flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 cup cubed apples
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Regal Dressing ingredients
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1 1/2 cups Kraft miniature Marshmallows or 15 Jet-Puffed Marshmallows



Directions:
Directions:
Disssolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Chill until thickened; fold in apples, celery and nuts. Pour into 5-cup ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold; surround with lettuce. Fill center with Regal Dressing; garnish with apple slices and walnut half, if desired.

Regal Dressing
Combine sour cream and Miracle Whip. Fold in marshmallows. (Quarter Jet-puffed Marshmallows directly into sour cream using scissors dipped in water)
