1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup cool whip
2 small pkgs. instant pudding
3 cups cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix the flour, butter, and nuts well. Pat in the bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake for 20 min. or till lightly brown. Cool.
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and cool whip well; pour over nut layer.
Mix the milk and pudding till stiff; pour over cream cheese layer. Top with cool whip. Cool in fridge 2-4 hrs. Dust top with nuts before serving.

This dessert would never last 12 hrs . Sometimes I make 2 - 1 chocolote and 1 lemon. Travels well.
