1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup Quaker oats(quick or old-fashioned uncooked)
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 to 1 1/2 cup Open Pit bbq sauce
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all of the ingredients except ground beef and Open Pit; mix well. Add beef; mix together lightly but thoroughly. Press into 8x4 loaf pan and pour Open Pit on top. Bake 1 hour and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
