I made this for a 22 lb. turkey
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp.rosemary
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic
salt and pepper
2 oranges
2 lemons
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
I used a 22 lb turkey and I don't think I was able to fit all the oranges and lemons in the cavity of turkey.

Mix 2 T olive oil with1 tsp. each of rosemary, sage, thyme, and garlic, salt and pepper. Rub on turkey.
Stuff turkey with 2 oranges, 2 lemons and 1 onion, all cut up into large pieces. We did not eat any of this when done. Check out the Stuffing under Vegetables and Vegetarian Dishes.
