3 tomatoes
salt & pepper
2 T. softened butter
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cor and cut tomatoes in half. Remove some of the seeds. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine butter, cheese, crumbs, and parsley. Add 2 T. of mixture to cut side of each tomato. Broil 3 inches under full flame for 2 minutes, or bake in a 450 degree oven for about 15 minutes, until well browned.
